The number of American Indian tribes in the United States who are looking to improve their health and quality of life has increased in recent years as some tribe have looked to gambling as a way to enhance the fortunes of members on reservations. Another option for some tribes has been to enhance the amount of construction on their lands by engaging in asset equipment leasing at the start in order to get the ball rolling on new projects. Doing so creates more jobs for local inhabitants and increases the value of the land itself that is owned by the tribe.
